Troubleshooting Online Registration

  • Attempting to access on the ParentVUE app on their phone:
    • Running all updates on your phone
    • Restart the phone
    If that does not work:
    • Delete the App
    • Reinstall the app
    • Try again

    Attempting to access on a computer via Firefox:
    • Clear their browser cache
      • Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser
      • Click Settings
      • Click Privacy & Security
      • Click Clear Browsing Data
      • Time Range:  All Time
      • Click Clear Data
    • Close Chrome
    • Relaunch Chrome and attempt again
    • May also need to restart computer
     
    Attempting to access via Chrome:
    Please note — We recommend Firefox for browser-based registration
    • Ensure browser is up to date
      • Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser
      • Click Settings
      • Click About Chrome
      • Update browser if needed and relaunch the browser
    • If the issue is not resolved, please attempt to complete registration through the ParentVUE App or through Firefox browser.
