Programs

  • Lincoln Elementary offers a variety of programs in which students may participate.

    Art Club

    Dance Club
    Dance club is on some Tuesdays for students in grades 2-5.  At every  practice, students participate in stretching and a quick warm-up activity.  Then, they learn a dance routine to be performed at a school assembly.

    Running Club
    Running club is in the spring for students in grades 3-5.  Each practice starts with stretching and warm-ups, followed by a variety of running activities and games.  All students participate in a race in May.

    Girl Scouts Outreach
    Outreach volunteers deliver Girl Scout programming and curriculum to girls at Lincoln Elementary. They meet every third Monday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Lincoln.

    Imagine Learning
    Imagine Learning English is an easy-to-use program that accelerates English learning.  With hundreds of activities designed for young learners, this program helps develop vocabulary, listening and speaking, literacy, and school readiness.  Imagine Learning English is specifically designed to meet individual needs, differentiate instruction automatically, and track student progress.

    Read Together
    Reading Together is an after school reading program that provides an opportunity for second grade students to work one on one with fourth grade tutors.  Participating students enjoy reading books and stories and doing activities together while building their reading skills.

    Student Council
    The Student Council organizes and sponsors several schoolwide community service activities each year. Students are selected by their teachers to become the student council representative for their class.
