WHAT MAKES ME ME?
I am a person who has gone through great difficulties, but who has never given up.
Day by day, I struggle because my language is not often well regarded. I have been judged and I have even suffered small drops of racism due to nothing more and nothing less than because I speak Spanish, of which I am greatly proud!
Maybe I do not know how to learn English, but that does not make me less of a person since sometimes I have expressed what I mean by good actions, which I consider actions of the size of the sky, the size of the heart!
I come from a country with low resources, but at the same time, it has taught me a lot in life: that I should not give up and that I should be ambitious for success. For this reason, I am in this country and I try to make it feel like it. Sometimes I have wanted to give up, but I remember the reason why I am here and my energy goes up to heaven, I could say.
One of the things that have made me unique throughout my life is that my childhood ended the day my family decided to come here. Today I am enjoying the freedom of a school full of opportunities and my independence. But it was painful because I had to learn to discover the world with my own instincts, and at the same time I was able to show myself that I can achieve everything I set my mind to without help. I was able to turn the pain of the absence of my family into something extremely happy. Above all, I was able to learn many things that today have been very useful to me, and of which I can feel that I am a winner because in a short time I was able to achieve success.
There are still many things missing, such as my graduation and becoming a health professional to save people and honor the memory of the doctors who on more than two occasions saved my life when I was out of breath due to my health situation.
I feel unique because I am so different from the person full of fear that I once was. I am able to face great challenges because I love what is difficult and what seems impossible!
