Our Elementary Schools feature Kindergarten - 5th Grade serving more than 4,800 students in 13 schools. Our schools, ranging from two-classes, three-classes, or four-classes per grade, cover different locations across Grand Island to provide the “neighborhood school” feeling for families.
Each Elementary School brings fun and rigorous education to the forefront of every classroom. Our staff are committed to ensuring every student will be taught to read, write, communicate effectively, acquire and apply knowledge, solve problems, show respect for oneself and others, and demonstrate mastery through performance to the best of their abilities. Because learning can and should provide both high expectations and vibrant experiences.
While each school proudly embraces its own mascot, staff and culture; common curriculum and learning opportunities are found in each of our Elementaries.
