GISH students contribute more than 350 pieces to Hall County Student Art Show

Grand Island Senior High School has a strong presence in this year’s Hall County Student Art Show.

The show, which was canceled last year due to COVID-19, is now on display at the Stuhr Museum and features more than 350 pieces from GISH students.

High school and middle school teachers select the best pieces from their students to be a part of the show.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to present the talents of our visual arts students in a major exhibition and proud of the art they create,” said GISH art teacher Jerome Dubas. “As in any of the fine arts, the last step of the creative process is showcasing the art. The Stuhr Museum is a beautiful venue for the amazing work our students produce.”
