GIPS Nutrition Services introduces new meal payment system

Grand Island Public Schools Nutrition Services will be switching to a new meal payment system, K12 Payment Center, starting Wednesday, March 20.

GIPS Nutrition Services will no longer use Infinite Campus. Parents and guardians will still be able to make online payments to their child’s account quickly and easily. Parents and guardians will also be able to transfer funds and see their cafeteria purchase history all securely online from a computer, tablet or smartphone.

At this time, K12 is used only for MEAL deposits and not for any school fees. The Infinite Campus payment site will be turned off on Tuesday, March 19 at 3 p.m.

The K12 Payment Center will be live on Wednesday, March 20, at 8 a.m.

With the new K12 Payment Center, the chances of lunch money getting lost or stolen significantly decreases and you save time not having to come in and make meal payments in the cafeteria. Recurring payments can be set up, and you can receive low balance notifications. It will also save payment history and receipts so it can be referred back to at any time.
