Construction Technology Project Home

    This home was constructed by the Const Tech class at Senior High. The plans were drawn by the Architectural Drafting classes at Senior High.  The home has 1700 sq ft on the main floor w/ a partial finish in the basement.  It includes 4 bedrooms, 3½ baths, main floor laundry, gas fireplace, and a pantry off of the kitchen area. The home has oak woodwork and cabinetry throughout and has a variety of floor coverings including carpet, ceramic tile, and solid oak flooring.  The exterior is maintenance free vinyl siding with a partial brick veneer.  A large 3 car garage is included as well.
    This is the 17th year that our students have constructed a home.  They would love to have you take a tour through the home in order to see the work they have completed.
