Selective Service - ALL US MALES ages 18 -
25 must register with the Selective Service! IT IS FEDERAL LAW, all
males must register with the selective service within 30 days of their
18th birthday. You are not eligible for federal financial aid, unless
you have registered with the selective service. The fastest way to
register is to go online at www.sss.gov.
If you would apply for a government position in the future and had not
registered for the selective service, you would probably not be hired.

Cell phone, personal iPod/MP3 player, etc use is restricted at Grand Island Senior High. They may ONLY be used during passing periods in the hallways; they ARE NOT to be used in any classroom UNLESS the teacher allows its use for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. Cell phones ARE NOT to be used in locker rooms, or rest rooms AT ANY TIME.
Access to YouTube, gMail, Hotmail, and a host of other sites in all Grand Island Public Schools facilities is for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Online games, videos and music downloads which are not related to coursework are stressful on our networks - and in some cases, severely impair valid access for instructional purposes. Students will be discouraged from accessing non-instructional sites on Grand Island Public Schools networks. With or without a filter, accessing an inappropriate site is still inappropriate. Students must not go to inappropriate sites.
