For high school students, parent-teacher conferences will be from 3:45 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, and from 3:45 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, in Grand Island Senior High School's West Gym. Participants are asked to enter the high school on the west side from the Custer Street entrance. There will be translators available for parents to speak with their students' teachers. High school students will be dismissed from school at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, and at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1.
Parent-teacher conferences for middle school students will be from 3:45 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, and from 3:45 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Barr, Walnut, and Westridge Middle Schools. Middle school students will be dismissed from school at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, and at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1.
Parent-teacher conferences for elementary school students will be in the late afternoon and evening on Monday, Sept. 29, and Tuesday, Sept. 30. Parent-teacher conferences will also occur during the day on Wednesday, Oct. 1. Times for elementary school parent-teacher conferences will vary from school to school.
Elementary students in grades K-5 do not have school on Wednesday, Oct. 1; and students in grades K-12 do not have school on Thursday, Oct. 2, and Friday, Oct. 3.
