Transcripts will be mailed or faxed upon student/alumni requests.   

Please download the "Transcript Order Form" and mail it with the $2.00 postage/copy fee to

Your transcript will be mailed or faxed as soon as the "Transcript Order Form" is received.   Make sure your request is signed and dated.  Guardians may request transcripts for minors, but students over the age of 19 must sign their own release forms.   If you have questions, contact the GISH Counseling Registrar's Office at  308-385-5574, Ext 8220

Note:  Recently many colleges and universities, as well as the NCAA and NAIA clearinghouses, will not accept ACT scores from the High School, only directly from ACT.
