Third Grade News

As we come to a close of this school year, it is hard to believe that we have accomplished in 3rd grade.  Our 3rd graders as a whole did a fantastic job on all of their district assessments and we couldn’t be more proud of them.
 
In celebrating their math, science, reading and writing achievements, we will be taking a special field trip.  We are really looking forward to having fun with all of our classmates!

We are finishing up our last module of water.  The kids have gotten to do some really cool things and learn about how important water is to all of us.  Be sure to ask them about it!

In math we are learning more and more each day.  We have been working with geoboards, and reviewing all that we have learned so far this year.  It is still important to practice those facts at home and throughout the summer.

We just want to tell you that we have enjoyed having your students this year.  They are a great bunch of bright and hard-working kids.  We look forward to the last few days of school and all of the fun we are going to have!
