How many questions can be answered with "yes"?

  Yes   No
 Is the information current?
   
 Is the resource's main purpose to give information?  (as opposed to advertisement)    
 Does your resource list the author and a way they can be contacted?
   
 Does your resource have links or site other supporting sources?
   
 Does your resource have correct spelling?
   
 Does your resource have additional information that you might not find in an encyclopedia?
   

 

Look at the URL.  The domain tags help you discover the source of the information

.net    Internet Service Provider
.edu    Higher education
.org    Organization; may be charitable, religious, or a lobbying group

How does our Voice Thread score as a reliable resource?  (Use the same tool you used to evaluate resources used in your research.)
