Linkin' to Lincoln
We use Skype to link with our distant Dodge volunteers,
"The Judge" and "Mrs. N.", affectionately named by
Miss Miller's first grade class.

in Mancala.

Grand Island Senior High's varsity show choir shared a
unique singing and reading performance at Dodge School
for National Young Readers Day.  The event is featured in

"Money Mania"  Blue Zones II
This was a district Destination Discovery class taught
by two of Dodge's teachers.  We invite you to join

Mrs. Shellie Meyer was awarded a mini grant for her
project entitled "Traveling Science". Edgerton Explorit
Center came to Dodge to engage all third grade students
in hands-on science activities. Get a glimpse of the day by

Teachers build Dodge students a Horton's Treehouse in
the media center as a fun place to read during the
month of March.  It had flashlights, nature sounds,
log benches, and of course plenty of reading material.

creations of these 5th grade students:

Alexis, & Cassidy.  Digies Finalist, K-6 Music

Mrs. Valerie Chmelka was awarded a mini grant for her
project entitled "Literacy Bags".  Students take turns
taking home the themed bags containing children's fiction
and nonfiction books, poems and songs, as well as activities
and games related to the theme.

Be the first to view the unveiling of this unique project.

The Medley of Cultures of Cinderella
Created by the film crew of the district's elementary musical
production.  The film crew met at Dodge School, under the
direction of Mrs. Brenda Cochran & Mrs. Jan Tell.  This is one
part of their film shown at The Grand Theatre. It
was also a winner in the state digital media contest,
K-6 animation category.
