Generic Project Ideas for Vocabulary:

Criss-Cross Puzzle 

Create a Criss-Cross Puzzle using 10+ words from the story which relate to one of the subjects included in the book. Once your puzzle is made, print off two copies. Complete one of them yourself to make an answer key.

Word Search Puzzle 

Create a Word Search Puzzle using  20+ words from the story which relate to one or more of the subjects included in the book. Once your puzzle is made, print off two copies. Complete one of them yourself to make an answer key.

Rivot Vocabulary Activity 

Create a Rivot using 5+ words from the story which relate to one of the subjects included in the book. Once your puzzle is made,

Create YOUR OWN Vocabulary Project: 

Simply fill out a form and go over it with your facilitator.  Ideas may include, BINGO cards, sentence writing, definitions, etc.
