Policies and Procedures

Staff members who are in possession of a portable electronic device (i.e., laptop, iPod, camera) are asked to sign an Equipment Acceptable Use form.

Prior to using the Internet, students, parents of students, and staff members within Grand Island Public Schools are asked to read and sign Network User Agreement forms. The forms are signed by students and parents at the time of enrollment in the school district. The forms are also signed again when students transition to the middle school and high school.  Staff members are asked to read and sign the form when they are hired. All forms are stored at a central location in the district.
