Grand Island Public Schools Nutrition Services Mission Statement
The Mission of the Grand Island Public Schools Nutrition Services Department is to provide the students and staff of the district with high quality service, along with appealing, nutritious meals that will enhance the learning process and well-being of our students.

Vision of the Grand Island Public Schools Nutrition Services Department
The vision of the Grand Island Public Schools Nutrition Services Department is that all students will be knowledgeable of the importance of good nutrition habits and incorporate these habits into everyday food choices to enhance the mind and body for optimal physical health and academic performance.


The Nutrition Services department offers breakfast and lunch at all buildings in the District.

Meal Prices
Elementary Breakfast $1.10
Elementary Lunch $1.65

Middle School Breakfast $1.15
Middle School Lunch $1.85

Senior High School Breakfast $1.15
Senior High School Lunch $1.95

Patrons may apply for Free and Reduced Meals by completing and submitting an application each year. (PROVIDE LINK TO APPLICATION FORM and Blue Info Release Sheet )
