Arrasmith Planetarium

The Grand Island Education Foundation has raised money to purchase new seats, lighting, and a sound system for the 37-year-old Arrasmith Planetarium, which is one of two high school planetariums in the state. Additional funds are needed to purchase a star show projection unit for the planetarium.

To date, approximately $47,500 has been raised, and seats, lighting, and a sound system have been purchased for the planetarium. Approximately $300,000 more is needed to purchase a star show projection unit.
