The Capitol outside was very cool. I could see the top of the building with the Sower on the dome. I saw the names of 93 counties chiseled in the stone, the four guardians of the Law, Miss NE adding the 37th star to the flag, the eleven tribes, and the Abe Lincoln Statue.
At the top of the Rotunda are the eight angels. The rotunda is big. The Rotunda is in the middle of the State Capitol. Mother Nature is smack in the middle of the Rotunda.
Our last stop was the Nebraska stadium where we saw lots of trophies. We saw Orange Bowl trophies with oranges stacked up with a football player on top. There was alot more but I can't name them all.
In Memorial Stadium we got to visit the field, and boy is the turf squishy or what. They are repainting the East seats and the floor. "The Field is BIG" and I hope I get to play there someday.
