Mr. Engel showed us how the combine works by chopping off the
stalk of corn. The combine is...HUGE!
We rode the hay rack back to the farm to see the pigs. We knew
when we were close to the pig pens..."P-U" ... they were stinky!
We went into the farrowing house where the mother pigs (sows) go
when it is time to have their babies. The sows are kept in special
pens so they don't roll over and squish the piglets. The "light"
keeps the piglets warm.
