Have you ever been to the Stuhr Museum? Well, I have and out behind the main building there is an old school house from 1888. That's where I went for a class field trip and it is so fun! Have you ever written with a dip pen? That is so fun. Did you know that back then they had children of all ages in one classroom? We have children of one age in one classroom. If children in 1888 were being bad they would be hit but now we send people to the principal's office. Both schools have teachers. But back then they only had one teacher in one room with all the grades. Now we have heaters and they had wood burning stoves. We also have indoor bathrooms but they had them outside.
